Environment

We are proud to say that natural gas is the cleanest energy there is. Natural gas is
composed of mostly methane, which is the simplest hydrocarbon. The combustion of natural gas produces water vapor and carbon dioxide. That’s it.

No other pollutants are created when natural gas is burned. This makes natural gas the cleanest-burning fossil fuel, emitting less than half the carbon dioxide of coal and 30% less than oil when used to generate electricity.

Additionally, natural gas power generators have much lower emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and particulates than coal-fired power plants. As a result, natural gas is an important tool in the fight against climate change.

Maxol Energy cares about the environment because a healthy environment is essential for our long-term success. We depend on the environment for the raw materials we need to produce natural gas, and a clean, safe environment is essential for our customers and employees.

We also understand that our operations can have an impact on the environment, and we take our responsibility to minimize that impact very seriously. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint and to operate in a more sustainable way. This includes investing in renewable energy, improving our efficiency, and working with partners to protect and restore critical habitats. We believe that by working together, we can help create a better future for all of us.
